(2)Those who currently residing overseas whose last registered address in Japan is Aichi.(Both documents mentioned below are required.) a.Record of Deletion of Basic Resident Registration Card (Jo-hyo) or Tag of Census Registration (Fu-hyo) (It must be within six month after being issued.) b.A document which certifies current address (outside of Japan) ex. Foreign Driver’s License, Mail items delivered to applicant under his/her name Notification Since we have to collect fingerprints, it is required the applicant appear himself/herself. The required documents vary depend on what country requires this and why.It may be necessary to submit additional documents during the screening even after we receive your application.Please note that if you don’t submit those documents we might not be able to issue the certificate. Waiting period for Issuing Two to three weeks You can check for the completed status of your application.
